Description

In this lesson, students will identify, describe and evaluate strategies to respond to different types of family crises as well as differentiate between the types of family crises and ways to meet the needs of families. Students will also explain the effects of a crisis on individuals and families, develop a list of related family crisis resources available in the community, present their written report of family crisis scenarios information, and identify careers related to Counseling and Mental Health.
