Lesson Plan: Defenses to Criminal Prosecution

This lesson teaches students about the different types of prosecution and which criminal defenses are available for criminals. Students will then work independently to research a particular defense. Once students have completed this, they will group into teams and create hypothetical situations to present to the class.
