Lesson Plan: The Importance of Communications in Fire Management

In this lesson, students will have the opportunity to discuss the importance of 911 communication centers and dispatch systems. Students will also discuss the roles and functions of various personnel, and apply emergency communications protocol in a mock incident activity.
