In this lesson, students will analyze child guidance practices related to sanitation, obesity prevention, rest, and exercise, plan a nutritious snack based on the USDA guidelines, discuss incorporate exercising and eating healthy foods as part of a child's lifestyle, and learn how to differentiate between the signs of good health and symptoms of illness in children.
